Dawn Massey serves as Office Manager at Brandywine Oak, bringing more than 30 years of experience in office management, executive administration, project coordination, and customer service. Her background spans the tax, financial services, restoration, and corporate industries, where she developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

At Brandywine Oak, Dawn oversees daily office operations while supporting the firm’s leadership, staff, and clients. She coordinates client communications, scheduling, tax return processing, and administrative responsibilities to help ensure a smooth and positive client experience. Dawn holds a Paralegal Certificate from Delaware Technical Community College.



Dawn especially values being someone clients can rely on for answers, guidance, and reassurance. She is committed to treating every client with respect, kindness, and understanding while making the tax process as stress-free as possible. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her children, cheering at football games and wrestling matches, horseback riding, karaoke, line dancing, and relaxing with family and friends.
