Danielle Furness serves as a Senior Accountant at Brandywine Oak, where she specializes in business tax returns and bookkeeping review. She brings 15 years of bookkeeping experience, including payroll, accounts payable, and account reconciliations, along with experience in tax preparation, client service, and QuickBooks training. Danielle especially enjoys working with business owners, answering their questions, resolving longstanding issues, and building relationships that allow clients to view her as a trusted and helpful resource.


Danielle earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware, a master’s degree from Wilmington University, and an associate degree and certificate from Goldey-Beacom College. She is also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.



Outside of work, Danielle enjoys traveling—especially to Aruba—reading, cooking, baking, and going to the movies with her partner and stepdaughter. She also enjoys walking her Great Dane, Ophelia. A little-known fact about Danielle is that she completed a culinary boot camp at the Culinary Institute of America while pursuing her childhood dream of becoming a chef.
