Alison Herbert is an Enrolled Agent with a Master of Science in Taxation and six years of public accounting experience serving individuals and businesses. At Brandywine Oak, she primarily prepares business tax returns, provides tax planning and advisory services, and serves as a year-round point of contact for business owners.

Alison has experience with complex federal and state tax returns, IRS representation, bookkeeping, payroll, entity selection, and business advisory services. She especially enjoys working with contractors and construction-related businesses, helping owners establish sound financial practices and build sustainable companies. Alison earned her Master of Science in Taxation from Goldey-Beacom College and has been an Enrolled Agent since 2021.



She values getting to know the story behind each business and developing long-term relationships as a trusted advisor. Outside of work, Alison enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, walking her dogs, and staying active through kickboxing—while making sure her left hook stays sharp.
